The entire process end to end exceeded our expectations. The team at Ashley is simply superb and the product they deliver is nothing short of exceptional. From our initial meeting with the sales team, to lot selection to customizing the interior of our new home… Encouraging us to be a part of the construction process by visiting the site as often as we wished… the walk throughs were beyond detailed… we hired an independent inspector and they had identified every item our inspector did. They fixed ALL of them and all were minor… cosmetic really. We spent a long time researching builders and touring models in the area before relocating and could not be more convinced that we made the right choice. Even the owner of the company sits with you before the job formally begins to go over every detail… every selection on your home’s plan. Line by line. Could not ask for a better experience. Everything we heard from other owners was accurate and we couldn’t be happier with the end result.

The experience from start to finish was outstanding. There was an open line of communication at all times. We met with the owner of the company who had a hand in the project every step of the way. The project manager had such an attention to detail. He was exceptional and took care of everything. No detail was overlooked. Our home is our dream home. I couldn’t recommend Ashley Homes enough.

When I first began my search for a new home I looked at many new communities and builders. What struck home with me most about Ashley Homes was the ability to really customize my home inside and out to make it truly mine. I can honestly say no two homes are alike of the same model. That's the level of individuality Ashley Homes gives its buyers. The quality of workmanship in an Ashley home was one the selling points. Chuck, the owner, has been building homes for a very long time and his floor plans and home design styles are beautiful and feel very rich, lots of upgrades without the rich price tag. The Ashley Homes team was simply amazing. I had lots of customizations and when I reviewed my floor plan, Chuck was very honest about giving me pros and cons of a couple of my selections, which I appreciated since sometimes I got lost in my perception of what I wanted vs what actually made logistical sense. His expertise and honesty is far superior to other builders. While the house was being built, there was a minor mistake made when the tile was put down. I was notified immediately and it was fixed within a couple of days. That's the level of detail and pride Ashley Homes takes in their work. When it came closer to my closing Chuck and Nancy stepped in to make sure everything was perfect before move in day. My overall experience was great and my home is gorgeous. Thank you Ashley Homes for a job well done.
